Sisi Ni Sawa

Hevi kabisa! There's actually another set of characters from The Lion King franchise to share the same birthday! What's more is that these characters actually interacted!

  

Max Charles plays the protagonist of The Lion Guard, Kion. He is the son of Simba and Nala, grandson of Mufasa, Sarabi, and Sarafina, brother of Kiara, and great-nephew of Scar. As the second-born in the kingdom, Kion is assigned the role of leading the titular Lion Guard, responsible for protecting the Pride Lands and maintaining the Circle of Life. He is equipped with the Roar of the Elders, which is a powerful roar that can do amazing things. Because Scar had lost the Roar from using it to murder members of the previous Guard for refusing to help in overthrowing Mufasa, Kion takes great care to use his powers wisely and not end up like his late great-uncle. Considering that Kion is absent in the second movie, he would later end up to either be dead or sent out of the Pride Lands for his safety, away from Zira and her pride.

Charles also played young Peter Parker (The Amazing Spider-Man), Sherman (Mr. Peabody & Sherman), and Harvey (Harvey Beaks). He even guest starred in Raising Hope and Community.

Maia Mitchell voices the first official good hyena of The Lion King franchise, Jasiri. She and her family actually respect the Circle of Life and is very open-minded to other species, including lions. Jasiri teaches Kion that they're more alike than he initially thought, as performed in their song "Sisi Ni Sawa". Personality-wise, Jasiri has a lot of similarities to Asante, a hyena befriended by Kopa. Jasiri is the only named female hyena with any importance in the whole franchise, other than Shenzi. In real-life, Jasiri should be bigger than Janja, Cheezi, and Chungu; they would be foolish to gang up on a female hyena since the species is matriarchal to the point that even low-ranking females outrank high-ranking males.

Mitchell is an Australian singer as well as actress, which really helps for voicing a character in a show with musical numbers. She was also Wendy Darling (Jake and the Never Land Pirates) and McKenzie (Teen Beach 1 and 2), and even guest starred in Phineas & Ferb as herself.
